[omniORB] omniORB4.1.6 installation problem

Why are you building such an old release?  4.1.6 was released in 2011.
Ideally you should use 4.2.2, but if you really absolutely must have a
4.1.x release for binary compatibility with something ancient, at least
use 4.1.7. That is only four years old, rather than six.

What platform are you using?  How did you configure omniORB for it? 
You need to give at least a little hint about your circumstances if
anyone is going to stand any chance of helping you.
