[omniORB] Binding Server Endpoint with Naming Service

myServer creates a giop:tcp Endpoint and registers it with
customerNameServer.

The Customer wants to move the Name Server to a more secure platform and
use SSL/TLS for access.  (myServer will still create a giop:tcp Endpoint.)

Will populating the sslContext singleton class be sufficient to use SSL/TLS
for registering with customerNameServer ?
