[omniORB] issue building orbcore/ssl

Thanks for the pointer, Marcin.

FWIW, I am able to successfully build OmniOrb-4.2.1 on 64-bit Windows, using OpenSSL-1.0.2. All newer versions of OpenSSL resulted in the same compiler error.
