Why 4.1.6?  The latest release in the 4.1.x series is 4.1.7. If you are
deploying a new 4.1.x system, you should use 4.1.7.

The latest stable release is 4.2.0, and the 4.2.x strand is where all
current development is taking place, so I would recommend going with
4.2.0.
