[omniORB] Status of IIOP.NET from POV of omniORB users?

Hi everybody!

A while ago I thought that IIOP.Net[1] was pretty much "dead", but it 
seems there are still users out there - at least the sourceforge page[2] 
sees some traffic.

May I inquire if any omniORB user is currently (as of 2014) using 
IIOP.Net to communicate with / in conjunction with omniORB? Opinions?
