[omniORB] IDL to C++11 initial submission

Hi,

We have published our IDL to C++11 initial submission on our OSPortal
(see Documents at https://osportal.remedy.nl/projects/idl2cppx0).

At OSPortal we also have published some example code. Any feedback on
this submission is welcome!

We are going to present this at the upcoming OMG meeting in Kissimmee,
more details at the OMG website.
