[omniORB] startIdleCounter exceptions

Hi,

Sorry, (where's my brain gone?) looks like I already asked this very same question
half a year ago, and this time it was the same reason, data was too big
(MessageSizeExceedLimitOnServer)... So, just ignore the former mail.
