[omniORB] Memory leaks

It is normal that, after calling orb->destroy(),
orb->pd_ref->[omniORB]->pd_refCount equals 1 ?

I have call orb->shutdown, then orb->run has exited and after that the
thread calls orb->destroy(), but there are still memory leaks.
