[omniORB] cross compiling (x86->arm)

Hi!

I tried to cross compile omniorb 4.0.7 for ARM on x86
host.

There are still some problems left, especially with
debianization (dh_shlibdeps), but those are out of
scope here, in the list.

I've placed my findings (relevant for the upstream)
