[omniORB] About ipv6 support

IPv6 support isn't in beta 1. It's in the current CVS version, and will
be in beta 2. I was intending to release beta 2 last week but
SourceForge's CVS server was broken, so that held it up.

Either get the omni4_1_develop branch of CVS, or get the snapshot from
here:

  http://omniorb.sourceforge.net/snapshots/omniORB-4.1-latest.tar.gz
