[omniORB] VC 8 binary

It appears as though the omniorb 4.0.7 build for Visual C++ 8 (VS 2005) was
linked with Python 2.4 and not omnipython 1.5.  Attempting to run
omniidl.exe produces the following error text: 

The application has failed to start because python24.dll was not found.
