[omniORB] omniNames security - how to restrict updates to a list of hosts or users ?

Hi list.

I would like to add very simple security to omniNames. Basically I just
want everyone to be able to read and browse the naming service but
restricted inserts or updates of references to a list of users or IP
addresses (good enough).

Considering doing a simple interceptor to implement it, but can I
configure my way out of it without restoring to coding ?
