[omniORB] Corba firewall traversal specification

No, no current plans. Do you have a use for it?  In my experience, the
firewall traversal spec is solving the wrong problems. There certainly
are difficulties with traversal of firewalls, but I'm not sure the
facilities in the firewall spec help particularly.
