[omniORB] exception (2) client code fragment

I was wrong. It works in release mode, not debug. Does this have to do 
with the libraries linked in?
omniORB406_rt.lib
omnithread31_rt.lib
msvcstub.lib
It's a bit unclear to me anyway which I should and which I should not use..
