[omniORB] assert pyomniORBpoaCache

I've compiled omniORB-4.1.0-beta1 with last omniORBpy on Windows 2000 
under Visual Studio .NET 2003 and
when I import  omniORB in Python, I get the following assertion:

omniORB: Assertion failed.  This indicates a bug in the application
using omniORB, or maybe in omniORB itself.
