[omniORB] How to compile omniorbpy 3 on Windows?

Was able to build omniORB 4.1.0 using VC7 on WXP.
Then copied the omniORBpy 3.0 source code to
C:\omniORB-4.1.0\src\lib\omniORBpy-3.0.
Then cd'ed into the omniORBpy-3.0 directory.
Then did a 'make export' and got the below error.
