[omniORB] omniOTS 0.11

Codeit is pleased to announce release 0.11 of omniOTS, an implementation
of the CORBA Transaction Service for omniORB.

omniOTS is available via cvs from sourceforge at
http://www.sf.net/projects/omniots

The included libraries are licensed under the terms of the LGPL while
the the transaction server itself is released under the terms of the
GPL.

This version includes many bug fixes including several for deadlocking. 

Looking to receiving any suggestions or patches you may have.
