The article reads:

"When Mr Grisby, 30, returned from holiday this month, the pictures were 
handed over to police, leading to the arrest of Park, who was already on 
bail for an attempted burglary elsewhere and had 33 convictions for theft."

How on Earth is someone who has had *33* convictions for theft still 
walking the streets of Cambridge?? At a minimum the guy should be forced 
to learn lisp...
