[omniORB] successful compile under cygwin?

Now the next question is: Can I compile omniORB with the -mno-cygwin and 
-mwindows flags so that I use the microsoft dlls instead of the cygwin 
dlls.  (So that every computer that runs my app does not also need 
cygwin installed).
