There was mostly working port to Borland of an older version of omniORB,
perhaps that will give you a start:

(Mikhail Soukhanov) and another person was working on a port too.

You'd still need to use VC compiled version of omniidl.

Finally, if it's feasible for you, Microsoft now has a free version of
their compiler available at:

Subject: [omniORB] compiling omniorb on winxp -- issues

Hello, I'm looking to compile omniorb 4.0.5 (or any 4.x version) on
windows
using borlands bcc32 compiler. I can't find anywhere that gives
instruction on
how to do it. Has anyone managed to do this.

Another (kind of related question): Is it possible to use the omniorb
vc++32
binaries when developing with a borland(or any other non vc++32)
compiler?

Thanks for you help,

Jason
