[omniORB] Omni on W32 without registry or config file

Is it possible?
I mean the installation process of my client app will be simpler,
without registry or config file. I've been using some other ORBs for a
long time, and I can always config the ORB at runtime in main() function.

A more experienced programmer does not make less bugs. He just realizes
what went wrong more quickly.
