[omniORB] omniEvents Faild to resolve NameService!

Hi,I encounter a problem when using omniEvents 2_5_1 under cygwin+win2K. The omniNames start OK,but when I start omniEvents,I got a error: Faild to resolve initial reference 'NameService' OBJECT_NOT_EXIT.I test eventc,still got a error:System exeption.unable to check factory support EventChannel obejct interface ,OBJECT_NOT_EXIT(OBJEJCT_NOT_EXIT_NOMATCH).

I had correctly set the omniORB.cfg and environments,how can I resolve this problem?  Help!!
