[omniORB] Bidirectional problem

This is a final plea for anyone who can help provide any insight into 
the bidirectional problem we're having. Here is the link to my previous 
archived message:

This includes example code that reproduces the problem very quickly.

My only guess is that because we're using the user-assigned-IDs policy 
via the built-in omniINSPOA this is screwing things up for bidirectional 
traffic; as to why, I'm clueless.
