[omniORB] Debug assertion failed in COM component

Hi all,
I have a problem with debug when I create and use a COM component with VC.
 
Whenever the server part throws an exception, my program crashes with the following message:
Debug Assertion Failed
File: dbgdel.cpp
Line: 47
Expression: _BLOCK_TYPE_IS_VALID(pHeap->nBlockUse)
 
This doen't happen if I build a dll file.
Can anyone know why?
