[omniORB] omniorb ssl examples

The ssl_echo examples in the omniorb distribution don't run anymore
because the certificates have expired. I managed to create new one for
mysslef, but it took me a long time, basically because I had to learn all
the openssl stuff. It would be a good idea to make new certificates for
the next distribution, preferably with a long expiration time.
