[omniORB] omniORBpy and Mac OSX 10.3: workaround, fink packages

Hi again,

as I reported previously, under Mac OS 10.3, omniORBpy fails to
initialize properly, due to what I think is a Mac OS dynamic library
loader bug.

A workaround is to compile omniORBpy to link _omnipymodule.so against
the omniORB libraries statically, rather than dynamically.

One way to achieve this is to temporarily remove libombni*.dylib while
omniORBpy is linking, so libomni*.a are used instead. I'll try to find
better build method soon.

BTW: In Munich, we are currently preparing fink packages of omniORB,
omniNotify and omniORBpy for Mac OS 10.3; I'll let you know as soon as
they're tested and running.

Best regards,
Asa
