[omniORB] OmniORB-4.0.3 build on LinuxRH7 and 9

You should use the last one, i586_linux_2.0_glibc2.1. But, you should
only be using the old style build system if you have a very good
reason to. In the vast majority of cases you should run the configure
script and let it handle it.
