[omniORB] Compile OmniORB with Intel Compiler.

Sorry, I inverted the "3" with "4". :-)
I've successfully compiled omniorb 4.0.3 with the Intel Compiler 8. I've
simply copied "icl.exe" and "xilink.exe" in "cl.exe" and "link.exe"

Do you really mean omniORB 3.0.4?  That's ancient. The current release
is 4.0.3.

As far as I know, omniORB does not currently work with the Intel
compiler. If you are going to try to port it, make sure you are using
the latest release.
