[omniORB] WRONG_TRANSACTION exception not completely removed

According to update.log, the exception WRONG_TRANSACTION was removed a 
long time ago.

Nevertheless one finds the following lines in 
src/lib/omniORB/orbcore/minorCode.cc of omniORB 4.0.5:

    minorCodeLookup WRONG_TRANSACTION_LookupTable[] = { 
      { 0, 0 } 
    };

I think they should be removed as well.
