[omniORB] omniEvents testing 2.5.4 released

omniEvents nows runs as a service on Windows. Precompiled binaries
are available for Windows. The command-line interface is easier to
use, and now supports arbitrary naming service names. Documentation
is now online at http://omnievents.sf.net/doc/

Important Note. A couple of the changes break backwards compatibility:

 1. Command line option '-s' is no longer supported. Use '-p' if you
    need to change the default port from 11169.

 2. Default naming service name has changed.
     'EventChannelFactory.EventChannelFactory' is now
     'EventChannelFactory'.
    To restore the previous default, start with this option:
     % omniEvents -N EventChannelFactory.EventChannelFactory

I expect this to be the last 'testing' version before 'stable-2.6'
is released.
