Hello all

First question:

I have tried to specify several endpoints in my omniorb config file to
use for my server processes. I want this because I want to restrict the
available ports that my objects can listen on to a predetermined range
(for a firewall). I have found that with the "dynamic" port allocation
(i.e. I dont specify port numbers in the config file) I can have several
processes running concurrently, each one with its own object ID.
However, if I add more than one endpoint to the config file that
specifies a port number my first object listens on all the specified
ports and I am unable to execute more than one process. How can I
specify that the first object should use the first endpoint and the
second or later objects should use the next available endpoint?

Second question:

Can anyone please supply me with the IP address for
www.omniorb-support.com? For some months now (for some unknown reason)
I have been unable to browse the omniorb list archives because I am
unable to resolve its address. I think there's something wrong with my
university's DNS service because if I try "host www.omniorb-support.com"
from the command line I first get

;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached

and if I query it a second time I get

Host www.omniorb-support.com not found: 2(SERVFAIL)

host works fine for all other host name queries.

Thank you!

Johan
