[omniORB] configure failed. Please help soon

Hi,

I am trying to run configure omniORB 4.0.2 on Solaris 2.6. I am using gcc
3.3.1 and python 2.2. While running ..
./configure --prefix=/opt/omni4

I am getting following error ..
checking size of char... configure: error: cannot compute sizeof (char), 77

Please help soon.
