[omniORB] SSL transport when using both omniNames and omniEvents

Hi there,

  As far as i recall, omniEvents is not SSL aware,
neither is omniNames, but you can of course make them
that. It is something, i have given a good deal of thought
to adding to omniEvents, but not yet gotten around to
actually doing.
