[omniORB] ORBInitRef syntax for ip-addresses

InitRef = NameService=corbaname::192.168.111.111

or 

InitRef =
NameService=corbaloc::192.168.111.111/NameService


I'm answering my own question here... after I
discovered that I was using an invalid ip-address!
