It should. I'm surprised that nobody has spotted that problem before,
although I guess most people don't delete semaphores regularly.  I
have fixed posix.cc in the 4.0.x development branch. I don't think
there's much point in fixing the 3.0.x branch, since you have already
fixed yours, and nobody else has reported a problem.
