[omniORB] Removed files present? (Naming.hh and others)

In the ./update.log file, I see the following entry.  However, my
omniORB 4.0.0-1 release (x86_win32, fetched 12/13/2002) still has all
these files.  Did these changes not happen? Were they undone?
