[omniORB] Solaris 8 & omniORB4.0.0 installation problem

Hi,

Platform has been configured to
platform = sun4_sosV_5.7

and command
../configure --prefix=/opt/omni/omniORB-4.0.0/build

stops after following error message:

checking for char... yes
checking size of char... configure: error: cannot compute sizeof (char), 77

What is the reason for that???
