[omniORB] omniORB 4.0 b2 compile errors with MIPSpro compilers

I suspect that this is due to the compiler's problems with
fully-qualified base constructors. Are you using the autoconf
configuration?  Either way, you should find that
OMNI_REQUIRES_FQ_BASE_CTOR is defined after you have #included
omniORB4/CORBA_sysdep.h.
