And it shows up literally in the digest, along with for example french
adverts that it's a multipart MIME message (which it is no longer when it's
merged into the middle of a bigger mail).  Makes the digest very hard to
read!

The same goes for Microsoft style (do they have style?) quoting of huge
message histories, rather than internet style.  I.e. first quoting the part
one is actually answering, and deleting the rest!  I guess even in a single
mail it's hard to follow, because one reads the answer before knowing what
the question is.
