[omniORB] Compiling with open source

That?s good news! Since I am not able to devote much time to do the port 
myself, I can at least offer to test it with Win2K and XP.

@Duncan: Is there any possibility to include the port into the omniORB 
source tree itself? If the port has to be done over and over again, it 
would die sooner or later.
