[omniORB] Installing and Configuring omniORB 4.0.0 on MacOS X 10.2.2

I would update it for consistency's sake.  Especially if you are 
writing up instructions for others to follow.

I would also think about putting the configure file someplace more 
standard (like /usr/local/etc and set it by default in the configure 
step as I mentioned before).  It removes one more environmental var 
that would need to be set.
