[omniORB] Problem with omniORB 303 and HP_UX 11

Now now. It's a bug, therefore my hat is safe. The fact that it's an OLD bug
just proves that I should be more diligent and check the latest code.
Perhaps I've learned my lesson - only time will tell ;-)

In any case, the bug exists in the latest released version of the code
(3.0.4). That's a shame.

We will continue trying to investigate this. The problem doesn't seem to
concern process limits of any kind. We have the application running without
problems on an (almost) identical HPUX-11 box. The one difference is that
our problem box uses v. fast solid state disks instead of hard drives. 

Hopefully, removing the deadlock bug will help. We'll also try to pin down
exactly why the thread creation is failing.
