[omniORB] -ORBclientTimeOutPeriod Bug When The Server Uses A Location Forward Request?

Hi Jimmy,

 Cranking up the tracelevel on omniORB should tell
you something about the reason for calling preinvoke
twice on the server side. Perhaps the client side
timeout causes a disorderly shutdown of the connection,
and the client orb tries to reestablish it and verify
the validity of its proxies? The trace should say
something about this.
 I am not sure, one could call the timeout problem
between an omni client and an orbix server a pure
orbix problem. The client really should not put up
with a server blocking like that.
