[omniORB] ANN: omniORB 4.0.0 beta 2 and omniORBpy 2.0 beta 2

I am pleased to announce the second beta releases of omniORB 4.0.0 and
omniORBpy 2.0.

Highlights of the new features since omniORB 3.0 and omniORBpy 1:

 - Support for GIOP 1.1 and 1.2.
 - Wide string and codeset negotiation.
 - Unix domain and SSL transports.
