[omniORB] when will omniORB-4 be "stable"?

It's not a rapidly changing code base at the moment. It's nearly
finished, and nothing major is going to change before the 4.0.0
release.

Yes, I plan to do a beta 2 release this week or next week. The full
release should follow in about a month.
