Hi All,

I found some problems with the make files where it creates a file while
writing the libraries on a director(ies) that are created in runtime.
If the directory is deleted or renamed or failed to be created then those
libfiles are dumped into the file wrt the directory name.
This has happened to me while working on a remote computer. For some reason
the directories couldnt be created in the build time.
Where do I have to report this bug?
