omniORB 3.0.x supports CORBA 2.2 DynAny, so the DynAny interfaces
appear in the CORBA module, and the creation functions are in the ORB
interface. omniORB 4 supports CORBA 2.6 DynAny, so it has the
DynamicAny module.
