No. It's part of the internal implementation that's not meant to be
used by application code. Of course, some "applications" are special,
and do need to get at these headers. omniORBpy is an example.

I don't think that value means what you think it does.

I think it would be very helpful if you could explain precisely what
you are attempting to do. The current interceptor APIs were designed
without any real idea about what people actually need to do with the
things. If you describe what it is you are trying to do, we may decide
that it's sensible to add some functionality somewhere.
