[omniORB] deadlock with distributed callback application

Maybe it's my day after all.

I have disabled the LocationRequests via -ORBverifyObjectExistsAndType 0 and  
have since not run into any problems with deadlocks in my distributed callback  
application.

So I have the suspicion that oneways and the LocateRequest policy don't mix  
well. I will investigate further, but I'll be away for two weeks, and it will  
have to wait until I get back.
