What exactly are you trying to achieve?  As David Riddoch says, it may
be possible to coerce omniORB 2.6 into doing what you want directly.
However, I think a better solution might be to use omniMapper from
omniORB 3 to redirect INS-style object keys to objects in the 2.6
server.
